#Music for Sauna 1

What music might fit sauna if any? In this series I will be posting some tracks that I feel could enhance our sauna experience.
I am not the only person that associates sauna with meditation as it certainly seems to have some mutual points. For this reason, I believe that ambient/environment music might be ideal. But not necessarily only that.

As a matter of fact, my first choice is Gagaku influenced - this piece is from Mayumi Miyata, a renowned Japanese Shō player. Although Gagaku is a generally considered a music of Japanese Imperial Court, for me it has some "enlightenment" aura into it, and it is nothing new to feel enlighten inside the Sauna. The length is 12 minutes, thus perfect for one long set.
